What interview questions will you include?

  • What do you think about the ending (involving Jack's death)?
  • Would you say that the movie respected the real historical events of Titanic?
  • What did you like and dislike about the movie?
  • *If a modern adaptation of the movie was made, how do you think they should improve on it based on the original movie (what should they get rid off and what should they add)?
    How will you structure your show?

    • Short intro about the podcast and the podcaster.
    • Small info about the synopsis of the story and the awards and recognition that it garnered. 
    • The introduce first few questions, vox pop.
    • Then talk about own interpretation of the movie and then transition into the ending about Jack's death.
    • Add clip from MythBusters talking about their test.
    • Then talk about own opinion on the topic.
    • Transition to the last few lessons and then finish off with last remarks.
    • Outro about the Titanic being iconic and still recognisable until now, thanks for watching etc.

    • Transition music, and own opinions (answering the questions myself and overview of the general reaction).

    What sound clips will your show include?

    • MythBusters episode testing the ending of the movie.
    • Clips from the movie itself, the ending and maybe another clip.


     What guests will you have? Type of tone.
    • Vox Pops, people who have seen the movie and people who haven't seen the movie.
    • Informal tone, more chatty and loose conversation.

    What will your facts file include?

    • The rankings that it reached, important casts and crew, comparisons between original event and the movie adaptation. 
    • The awards and other forms of recognition it received.
    • Some quotes from other critics' reviews.
