WHAT I LIKED/DISLIKED ABOUT IT

The thing I liked the most from the movie was that it was able to capture the intensity of that historical event all whilst fitting in the excellent romantic chemistry between Jack (Leonardo Dicaprio and Rose (Kate Winslett), despite the fact that their romance could've been less of a focus than the actual sinking of the SS Titanic. One of the things that I disliked about the movie was the ending with Jack hanging onto the door that Rose was trying to float on. It's been proven that both of them could've balanced on that door without sinking which further frustrates me as an audience knowing that Jack's life could've been spared. What makes it worse is that Rose keeps on repeating "I'll never let go Jack" all throughout that last scene, yet just moments before their rescue comes, SHE LETS GO OF HIM!
