Power Cut
The person in the room might not be able to see and therefore might trip over the equipment’s.
If connected to the computer, it could shut down and lead to all my recordings being lost.
Have an external battery ready (if applicable) and ensure that there’s a backup for everything.

Water Spills
If water gets on electrical equipment, people could get electrocuted.
The water spill could permanently damage your equipment.
Place any liquids far away from any equipment.
Moderate
Don’t bring any liquids or any other harmful substances into the room where you are recording.

If something gets dropped and breaks into different pieces (e.g, glass) it can be harmful for the people involved in the recording.

The equipment itself could be damaged once dropped.
Use all of your equipment carefully.
Moderate
Use straps to have a better hold/grip on your equipment.
